Taeko, you're probably thinking of fiber in the general sense, as in long skinny threads, but nutritionally fiber is defined as stuff that the digestive system can't do anything with and just passes right on through, so in that sense it's certainly conceivable that you could have dietary fiber that's a liquid. (Whether this product is actually like that, I don't know.)
Of course, the most common dietary fiber in ordinary food is cellulose (basically, plant cell wall material), which is very much a solid. Certainly that's what you get when you eat a whole bunch of cabbage.
I always wonder that FIBE MINI is a bottle of liquid. How it can contain such amount of fiber... Where is it?
