This place drives me nuts. Every time I see it I wonder "For...who?" Students? Travelers? Hobos? Sasquatch? Unfortunately, I will never know.

    But what if it's not for me?

    Today I passed by it and saw some college-aged kids going in and out and using bicycles. It may just be a public dormitory.
